A Christmas Idea

Hey guys. I know it’s only November, but I’m putting in a plug for one of my favorite ministries: WorldCrafts. They work with artisans in different countries to help them sell products and make an income for themselves and their families. Like, these are people escaping poverty, slavery, sex trafficking, abuse; people with disabilities or who are outcasts in their culture. You are helping make a difference in their lives with this.

There is an abundance of beautiful items, from jewelry, home decor, Christmas decorations, stationery… Perfect for people who love shopping for Christmas presents and finding great gifts. Please consider this or other ways to help people during the Christmas season. (Please note, I’m not trying to pressure or guilt-trip you with this; just trying to help get the word out there.)

I have bought items from here for several years, some for myself and some for gifts. The Jubilee earrings and Jordanian earrings always get comments and compliments when I wear them. The Hope-full Mug is a wonderful addition to the kitchen cabinets. The Yatta Purse served me faithfully for quite some time, and is merely one of many purses and wallets available.

And you know one of the most amazing things, in my mind? The internet has made it possible to support ministries and organizations that help support people in bad situations. The internet has a lot of bad stuff, but we can also use it for good. I think that’s amazing.

I hope to get a chapter of some story uploaded within the next couple weeks, but I thought I would take a chance to plug a good ministry. Catch you on the flip side.
